As the QC Specialist, you will support the testing and documentation needs of the Quality Control Department during the manufacture and release of Bio-Rad control products. This position will work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $73,400 - $101,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

How You'll Make An Impact:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot QC Laboratory instrumentation.
- Create and release product batch records according to applicable procedures.
- Evaluate assay runs for accuracy and input data into the appropriate database or software.
- Ensure product testing is completed accurately and in a timely manner, following GDP guidelines.
- Work in a team environment and interface with other departments when required.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor`s degree, or equivalent, in a life science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of clinical laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Expertise in instrument operation, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with immunoassay, chemistry, or hematology testing platforms a plus.
