Job Summary:
Manage and oversee the inventory in the Home Medical Equipment (HME) warehouse. Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure accurate records, and efficiently organize medical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Design and maintain an intuitive organization system for inventory.
- Coordinate with purchasing staff to reorder supplies and equipment.
- Maintain precise records using inventory management software.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management or accounting/finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Current, valid driver's license; forklift operator certification (post-hire)

Work Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in inventory systems.
- At least one year focused on direct inventory management responsibilities.
- Experience with monitoring stock levels and implementing inventory control measures.

Physical Working Conditions:
- Warehouse setting with varying conditions.
- Frequent standing, walking, and moving around the warehouse.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
