The Technical Program Manger role will be responsible for leading multiple projects or highly complex/organization-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects. This role will also plan, direct, and coordinate large strategic programs for Tech Risk & Information Security, from initiation through to implementation. Leads cross-functional project and program teams and works with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions.

The Technical Program Manger role will be responsible for leading multiple projects or highly complex/organization-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects. This role will also plan, direct, and coordinate large strategic programs for Tech Risk & Information Security, from initiation through to implementation. Leads cross-functional project and program teams and works with internal customers to establish and interpret project/program objectives into solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops the program roadmaps and project plans with scope and approach presented in a manner that are fully understood by all Information Security partners.
- Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, as needed, based on objectives
- Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plans
- Monitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures prompt and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues
- Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure proper resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan
- Anticipates program/project risks, issues, and ensures that proper mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery
- Communicates with key partners regarding program strategy direction and change
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work multiple projects in parallel
- Industry and company knowledge preferred
- Technical acumen preferred
- Advanced working experience with Microsoft Suite Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze a set of data and present findings to leadership and key stakeholders
- Keen ability to identify areas of opportunity and work independently to implement process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required or equivalent experience
- Business/industry work experience, with shown experience in a project/program management role
- This role will by hybrid in the office at least 3 days a week
