ERP experience required. The Systems Analyst is a highly skilled, experienced

individual. This role's primary focus is on the IBM i platform and the successful

integration and optimization of Infor XA ERP software. There will be a strong focus on

the "business" aspect (i.e., company IT structure, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic

initiatives). Responsibilities will include, ensuring the stability and security of our IBM i

environment, and collaborating with other departments to align IT strategies with

business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity

of the company's data and systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in relevant

technology, and apply relevant knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-u .
• Develop business case justifications for IT spending initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to finance, sales,

operations and supply chain to identify technology needs, prioritize initiatives, and

ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee IT related vendor relationship and assist with contracts, ensuring effective

partnerships and utilization. Pay ranges from 12-28/hr.
