IT Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist I to join our clientsvirtual call center team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to both internal and external customers, addressing a range of business process and technology issues, from basic inquiries to complex problems. You will also deliver high-level application training to end users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide support in a virtual call center environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of business process and technology issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct high-level training sessions on various applications for end users.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as needed.
• Assist with the implementation or modification of applications, systems, and programs to meet client needs.
• Evaluate client needs, provide configurations that support business processes, and execute delivery and implementation plans.
• Offer training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex to complex problems using technical experience and judgment.
• Contribute individually with limited oversight and may lead projects within your discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge or experience in the Title Industry and Real Estate is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
