IT Infrastructure Project Manager

A leading travel company based in Boston, is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic IT Infrastructure Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations management and project management with expertise in SLA reporting, networking, infrastructure as code along with agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects within budgetary constraints

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators etc.

- Ensure timely resolution of issues by identifying risks proactively

- Develop strategies around incident response planning

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) from accredited institutions on Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics Engineering/Mechanical engineering/or equivalent field
• At least five years' professional experience working as either Technical program/project management or IT Operations management
• Experience managing large scale IaC, Security, networking efforts using Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with ISO-27001/2, PCI compliance, and ITIL
