Insight Global is looking to add an IT Project Manager to our client's team in the St.Louis, MO area. This individual will be hybrid, 2 days on site a week and 3 remote. Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive initiatives for their IT department, interfacing with all lines of business from C level execs to business professionals and IT personnel. This individual will oversee 3-4 large projects but their largest initiative involves a telephony system replacement effort from Pinnacle to Genesys with a go live date of May 2025. This individual will be the sole Project Manager driving the project, working closely with the Genesys system SME and necessary LOBs. This individual will gather requirements for the project from the stakeholders, connect with the Genesys system SME, put together a project plan, and then execute the plan through delegation and setting expectations. This individual will be working in MS Projects and smartsheets to create these project plans. They additionally will be assisting with an implementation of their ERP system to Netsuite. They will have some exposure to PowerBI but tis experience is not a requirement for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience driving projects on your own
Experience creating project plans (preferably MS Project or Smartsheets)
Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PowerBI experience
Experience overseeing a telephony replacement effort (specifically Genesys)
