Position Overview:

Seeking a talented and organized IT Project Manager to join our client enduring immense growth in the real estate and marketing services industry. This remote role requires a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in project management who can handle multiple initiatives across departments simultaneously. The IT Project Manager will report directly to the Chief of Staff and play a critical role in coordinating technology-driven projects across the company. This is an individual contributor role that demands strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple IT and cross-departmental projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are maintained.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, and status reports.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet project objectives.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report project progress and escalate challenges to the Chief of Staff as needed.
  • Implement project management best practices and ensure compliance with company standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or a similar technology-driven industry.
  • Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects in a remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with risk management and issue tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SaaS product lifecycle or PropTech solutions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed setting.
