The IT Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist I - is responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations and logistics, including order processing, shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate inventory levels, communication with vendors, billing, cost allocation and reporting. This role may work with other business units to ensure the day-to-day business needs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple functions of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.

• Responsible for processing, scheduling, and receiving shipments of equipment and/or part orders.

• Maintain accurate billing and allocation of equipment/ part orders.

• Adhere to the Bank IT asset policies to maintain uninterrupted flow of equipment.

• Maintain the asset management database and perform scheduled audits on stock levels and provide asset reporting to management.

Competencies Required:

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong problem solving and follow up skills.

• Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

• Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 1+ years supply chain/ inventory experience required.

• 2+ years IT hardware asset experience preferred.

• Understanding of general accounting concepts preferred.

• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.

Formal Education & Certification:

• Associates degree in Business Administration, IT, or other related field preferred.

• Supply Chain Management Certificates is preferred.

Work Status:

• Full-Time.

• None.

Working Conditions:

• Conditions may involve lifting up-to 40 pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, bending, or standing for brief periods, and frequent lifting and carrying boxes, equipment, office supplies, etc.
