A large medical and specialty gas supplier is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team in Lawrenceville, GA. This individual will be responsible for setting up and maintaining printers, scanners, and all hardware. They will manage a que of tickets, with issues including network problems, imaging desktops and laptops, configuring hardware, and testing laptop's and PC's. This role will be onsite 5x per week.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in hands on IT Support
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting WiFi, Network, Hardware, and Software issues
- Experience managing a high-volume of tickets utilizing a ticketing system
