A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician for a 6-month contract to hire model, with 5-days on-site. The client is a family-oriented production company focused on East-Indian films. This person will be working as the New York teams sole on-site Help Desk Technician. This person will assist within the personal spaces of C-Suite executives to support desktop, web services, servers and mobile devices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years IT Help Desk experience supporting C-level executives
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Apple products including iPhones, Air Pods, and Mac desktops
- Experience with MDM Intune, and/or Jamf
- Experience working with HyperV or VMware virtual servers
- Experience with Active Directory
- General knowledge of Cisco Switches
- Strong professionalism and ability to provide a 'white-glove' service
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Interest in film and production
- Schedule flexibility
