The IT infrastructure supporter for Radiometer is responsible for supporting and maintaining our production facilities.

This position is part of the Global IT infrastructure and operations located in Carlsbad CA and will be offered as an on-site role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the IT Infrastructure & operations team and report to the Senior Manager of Global IT responsible for Infrastructure & Cloud Operations. If you thrive in an amazing supporting role and want to work to build a world-class IT support & operation organization-read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide hands-on IT support to end-user and production facilities.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access, and application support.
• Procurement and installation & troubleshooting of IT equipment and services.
• Lifecycle management and security updates.
• Network patching and hardware support.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Associate degree/Certificate in Computer science or similar or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experienced in building strong relations with peers and relevant stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience supporting end-users.
• Language requirements: English fluently in speech and writing.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Technical experience of supporting production IT
• Experience from working in an international organization.
  
  The job is offered as an on-site position. Individual agreement can be made with local manager for limited hybrid work. The position also requires flexibility to travel and occasionally work from other sites within Radiometer group. Travel expected is less than 10%.

The hourly range for this role is $35-$40 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
