Java Developer

• Lead the team in Project Planning activities
• Lead the team in Project Design research and documentation
• Write and Elaborate on Stories for project work
• Lead Team in Refinement of project stories
• Lead Team in Execution of Project and Support work
• Research new Tools and Technologies
• Create Proof of concepts for new Tools and Technologies
• Teach the team new Tools and Technologies
• Perform Code Reviews on both Development and Automated Testing code
• Remove technical Roadblock from team
• Perform defect analysis and resolution in development, test, and performance environments
Tune and Test Performance of code and perform Load Testing. This role pays $50-55/hr
