Jeff Temp - Food Service Worker, Utility

JeffTemps, Jefferson's in-house temp service, is seeking Food Service Workers to support our Nutrition Departments at various locations.

Einstein Philadelphia: 5501 Old York Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19141
Einstein Montgomery; 559 W Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19403

Hours
Both FT and PT hours, varying shifts between 7am - 8pm.

Essential Functions:

• Assembles food: Patient Trays, Individual Portions and Food Displays in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Stocks food and supplies.
• Completes ware-washing/sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen and service work areas, serving areas, and equipment and removes garbage, trash and grease from the department areas.
• Regular, punctual attendance, Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.

Qualifications

Educational/Training Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 3 years' experience required

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of previous food service experience.

Conditions of Employment

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
