The role you'll contribute:

The Laboratory Technical Supervisor (Blood Bank) performs laboratory testing in accordance with the Division of Clinical Laboratory Standards and pursuant to Florida Department of Professional Regulation, Chapter 64B3-13.003. Ensures compliance of all regulatory requirements and quality measures. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Blood Bank/Transfusion Services section and assists the department manager and director with leadership duties as assigned. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelors 5+ years experience.
• Master's Degree.
• 5 Years Laboratory experience, including 2 years in the assigned departmental specialty(ies).
• Medical Lab Technologist.
• Clinical Laboratory Supervisor.
