Note: Candidates will ideally be newly graduated with a science degree or have some relevant job experience in a lab technician or similar role.

  • Minimum of two-year technical degree preferred (Quality, Engineering, or other sciences) or three or more years of related experience and/or training
  • Two (2) years analytical laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Job Description:
  • Perform analysis and tests of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products samples of manufactured/intermediate products to verify conformity to specifications.
  • Conducts in-coming raw materials testing, ensuring conformance to required specifications.
  • Records test results on batch tickets and in the company's computer operating system.
  • Organizes and maintains quality records and retains of production/intermediate batches and raw material champions
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of tests
  • Sets up, adjusts, verifies, and operates laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Maintain housekeeping of the working place
  • Respect the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Policy
  • Evaluates retains of production batches in response to quality complaints.
  • Performs 5S audits or other audits according to a plan.
