We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HR Product Analyst with expertise in Workday and HR Systems to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving HR transformation, delivering compelling HR technology solutions, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of HR Systems experience, with a focus on Workday Core HR Configuration and ServiceNow HRSD.
Experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to lead workshops and discussions to achieve client objectives.
Experience in managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Ability to operate under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, HR business owners, and other stakeholders.
Evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and oversee development, delivery, and deployments.
Serve as the highest-level internal consultant by re-engineering HR technical and business processes for greater efficiency.
Lead user acceptance cycles, including identifying and documenting relevant test scenarios and test cases.
Create effective documentation to communicate business processes, requirements, and user experience flows.
Guide and mentor less experienced staff within the group.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and understand client objectives.
Drive requirements discovery and validation to deliver value to the business.
Execute planning, analysis, and direction of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday).
Manage system administration/configuration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security, and compliance.
Lead complex product solution discussions and assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories.
Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tools.
Resolve user questions, assess needs, and recommend changes.
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are managed and addressed to execute projects on time with quality.
Deliver solutions considering global market dynamics, regulatory impact, and risk management.

Additional Information:
This role is 100% remote.
The interview process will ideally consist of one round with a panel.
