Title: Tech Lead- Developer

Location: Richmond, VA remote until at least January 2021 (if extended could be required to be onsite)

Duration: End of year 12/31 (potential extension)

Team Details:

• Product support team
• Responsible for repairing and redeploying API's
• on call rotation
• Hands on AWS experience a must
• Heading up 10 person team- all new

Must Haves:

• Previous Tech Lead experience preferred
• Fluency in Java - (senior level, able to guide a team of developers)
• Highly Desired experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins)

Nice to Have's:

• Experience with Agile teams (working alongside developers, QA, Scrum, Solutions Architects, Product Owner)
• Strong Development experience in Java
• Experience with Card projects (MasterCard, Visa, American Experience) or within a Card project at another Financial Institution
• Experience in an AWS environment

Additional technologies we would like to see (especially for McLean teams):

• CI/CD
• Java
• Spring Boot
• Jenkins
• Kafka
• Agile
• API Experience
• Spark
• Containerization tools: Docker preferred, Kubernetes
• Dev Ops tools: Jenkins, GitHUB
