Insight Global needs a developer that has deep knowledge of Java to help resolve primarily performance related defects in Java 8 code being implemented to replace legacy mainframe-based processing on ALC. They must be able to understand the causes of java performance issues and how to resolve them.

Understands Java 8 and what the update from previous version meant for overall Java development
Comprehends development concepts and can discuss them in detail
Understands Java multithreading, how to implement it, what the benefits and costs are
Is well versed in Junit testing
Knows Spring Boot
Knows Spring Batch
