Strategic Staffing Solutions is looking for a Lead Project Manager

Location: Richmond, VA

Job Summary:

Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria Develop a strategy to achieve the program goals and execute project deliverables in a defined framework Drive meetings to help cross-functional teams plan, coordinate, and execute tasks Coordinate within and across the Retail Bank organization to align efforts to desired program outcomes Work with program leadership to identify solutions for delivering on program objectives while identifying and mitigating obstacles blocking program success Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the life cycle Surface data-backed insights to program leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussions Report and communicate between the working team and senior leadership on program status

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience of project management
• Strong understanding of traditional project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive Preferred
