  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in current processes, systems, and procedures and develop action plans to drive efficiencies.
  • Provide training and support to employees at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure understanding and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure alignment and buy-in for improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize lean methodologies and tools to streamline processes and eliminate waste.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Compile and analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and track progress.
  • Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new practices across the Institute.
  • Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes and regularly communicate progress and results to senior management.

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Business administration, organizational management or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 6 years: Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or related field required.
  • 6 years: Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • 6-10 years: Strong project management and leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives and complex projects.
  • 6-10 years: Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software; Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.
