This is a contract position within the Business Operations - Global Program Management Organization. The Lead Technical Program Manager will focus on supporting the Product and Data Engineering organization

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to lead and improve the process of end-to-end execution and delivery of technical programs, projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, requirements, and high-level estimates.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to gather and refine project definitions, objectives, and success parameters, utilizing Agile Project Management techniques to drive efficiency and quality in early phases of ideation and planning.
• Partner with project teams to identify and communicate project milestones, tasks, and risks effectively, fostering transparency and alignment with stakeholders and customers.
• Manage project dependencies and communicate project status to stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating smooth handoff and closeout processes.
• Demonstrate familiarity with project architecture, tools, and deployment practices, leveraging this knowledge to support project teams and ensure technical alignment.
• Serve as a key contact for pillar team members to proactively resolve resource conflicts and address technical project domain inquiries, demonstrating proficiency in technical discussions with stakeholders and peers.
• Lead efforts in automating repeatable processes and tasks and implements tools to reduce overhead and increase the velocity of program and engineering teams.
• Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience in management consulting and/or business operations, or strategy in a high growth technology company.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge and practical experience with the software development life cycle.
• Hands-on experience with Jira , Airtable and/or other project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.

Required Education:
• BA/BS Degree in CS/IS or similar field
