In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing and executing activities including learning demand planning, resource / budget management and allocation, and learning governance operations for all of J&J IM NA Learning Excellence. You will collaborate with Learning Business Partners in the COE and cross-functionally across therapeutic area L&D teams to support business planning.

  • Support Franchise Lead in the consolidation and prioritization of annual demands for J&J IM NA Learning Excellence L&D COE


• Analyze and provide initial recommendations to inform the demand, capability, and capacity planning

• Coordinate and engage with key Commercial L&D TA leads, Head, Capability & Performance Excellence and Head, Learning Solution Excellence to support and coordinate the demand / resource planning and prioritization

• Lead J&J IM NA Learning Excellence COE resource and capacity planning

• Lead business planning process for J&J IM NA Learning Excellence L&D COE Org and across TA L&D, including development of annual BP template

• Lead J&J IM NA Learning Excellence L&D governance operations, including agenda, scheduling, capturing key decisions/follow-ups, and communicating

• Lead budget & resource allocation and management (manage the roadmap on resources (billable hours, designers, what are they assigned to, do they have the capabilities)

• Manage, monitor, and track J&J IM NA Learning Excellence COE funding and budget

• Establish and manage J&J IM NA Learning Excellence L&D standards

• Establish and manage J&J IM NA Learning Excellence L&D standards

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree; Masters Preferred

Required:

• Experience in learning operations is required.

• Experience in learning demand planning is required.

• Experience in resource and capacity planning is required.

• Experience in managing and tracking budgets is required.

• Experience in learning governance is required.

• Experience developing learning standards and processes is required.

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
