- Coordinate and support the development of training initiatives.
- Manage, track, and pull reports related to employee training.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and emerging trends.
- Develop tailored Training Programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with budget management within a training context.
