POSITION SUMMARY:

Currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation. you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch Addiction Recovery and Mental Health services to clients in Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and their families.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB DUTIES:

  • Responsible for all aspects of treatment for all clients participating in outpatient services. Creating and managing program group schedules
  • Supporting group facilitators in creating and following group curriculums Support staff through treatment team meetings to present can case conceptualize all clients.
  • Supervise and direct all treatment staff in daily implementation of outpatient programs.
  • Supervise all clinical interns according to university and Facility guidelines.
  • Supervise and sign off on all non-licensed clinical staff.
  • Ensure all staff always remain inside their scope of practice. Re-direct staff who are working outside of their scope to appropriate tasks.
  • Run and direct all clinical team meetings.
  • Review each Supervisee's job performance at 90 days and on a yearly basis (or more often if necessary). Make recommendations to the Owners regarding employee advancement and retention.
  • Initiating staff corrective actions and documenting, as needed.
  • Responsible for training or identifying trainings for all clinical staff.
  • Participate and Contribute to Quality Assurance Committee. Perform monthly chart audits per QA/QI Plan.

Analyze data provided by QA Officer prior to meeting. Prepare Monthly Clinical Care checklist. Assist in collecting client surveys.
  • Analyze situations and take necessary actions per Facility Policies and procedures to provide crisis intervention.
  • Act as a facility representative/liaison with other agencies.
  • Participate in all outpatient and sober living program meetings including staffing and supervision.
  • Ensure competition of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, as required.
  • Coordinate client treatment with the other facility programs and staff.
  • Periodic review of treatment group curriculum.
  • Assist and make recommendations to Owners regarding program design, development, and implementation of treatment and transitional programs.
  • Perform chart audits and file reviews on a weekly basis, initiating corrective action as needed.
  • Report to Owners any unusual incidents or behaviors that could indicate other problems.
  • Ensure that all required policies and procedures are followed, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist QA Committee in policy development.
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance to ensure continuity of program operations.
  • Must Follow up on all incident reports as an investigator within 24 hours of incident
  • Must review all incoming client admissions for approval/ disapproval into treatment based on current policies and procedures.
  • Must review all discharges with clinical team and ensure all discharge procedures are adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals.
  • See clients as a Primary Therapist as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned. Education, Experience and License:

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, counseling, or equivalent social services field.

• Hold licensure as an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervision Designation from state of Ohio.

• Peer Recovery Supporter Supervisor PRSS.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience working in social services field i.e., substance abuse, residential treatment, etc.

• Attend regular professional education classes/workshops to continuously upgrade job skills or promote the image of the agency.

The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing all treatment programs and supervising all staff providing treatment. In addition to staff supervision, this position requires oversight and completion of all required weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports/data for all programs. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring staff follows all contract requirements, policies and procedures as well as assisting Owners/ QA Committee in program and policy development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,306.91 - $85,500.00 per year
