What you do:You will be a strategic partner for Allianz customers and relationships. You will be accountable for building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships. You will be responsible for key account management and providing a concierge-level service experience. May represent Department on projects and initiatives. You will report into the Operations Relationship Management Director.
• Initiate and provide education, training and communication support for important field partners. Identify areas for service and process improvements and opportunities to increase sales. Meet with field partners during home office and field office events and visits. Represent Allianz Life at industry meetings and in working groups.
• Handle complex, escalated, service issues and accommodations requests. Responsible for intake, research, collaboration with partners to determine resolution, and clear communication internally and externally throughout the process.
• Participate and lead department projects. Be a subject matter expert recommending solutions and facilitating decisions that improve sales and/or improve the overall service experience for our customers.
What you bring:
• 6+ years' experience required: Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to communicate across several levels and departments. Proven track record of strong customer service skills and ability to handle complex/escalated situations.
• 3+ years Life Insurance experience required
• Four year degree or equivalent work experience
