Contract description

We currently have a contract opportunity for a Life Sciences / AI Project Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles and practices, with the ability to guide and support teams through organizational transitions
  • Familiarity with General AI concepts and applications, with a preference for candidates who have worked on projects involving Language Learning Models (LLM)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and effectively conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a project or program management role, with exposure to AI technologies and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Gen AI is preferred, particularly in the context of project management and its potential impact on business outcomes
  • Experience with Change Management in a technology-driven environment, ideally with a focus on AI implementation and integration
  • Experience in Life Sciences Industry highly preferred
  • Must be willing to work in hybrid model- 2 days a week onsite and 3 days remote, so must be local candidate
