Team Intro
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.
The team's mission is to enable three-day delivery from Fulfilment by TikTok via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor key indicators across global E-Commerce teams, understanding metric drivers and identifying actionable areas of opportunity to drive business outcomes
- Responsible for the service performance analysis, abnormal case pre-alert and operation optimization
-Create and maintain performance dashboards for business teams
-Perform adhoc analyses involving protected customer data to drive efficiency
-Lead weekly business review meetings, creating strong documentation and driving productive conversation
- Looking into the whole process of logistics performance, through collaborative product construction and data system construction, to monitor, analyze and improve the performance of service vendors

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Experience working on quantitative, data-driven projects.
- Experience deep diving metrics, drivers, and developing improvement plans where needed.
- Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive and continuous improvement attitude, patience and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Can confidently lead meetings
- Logistics/fulfillment experience is a plus
