The Logistics Development Program (LDP) is a two-year rotational program for recent graduates who are interested in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain and Leadership opportunities. LDP provides the opportunity to jumpstart your career by gaining exposure to a variety of roles in a short period of time, while also being involved in a structured mentorship program and gaining great exposure to leadership. In this role, you will develop the knowledge, skills, tools, and abilities to take on professional and leadership roles. This includes but is not limited to project & change management, supervision, finance exposure, technical knowledge, lean sigma, and cross-functional collaboration.
The program consists of three rotational assignments over a two-year period. Selected candidates will rotate through three positions such as:
• Transportation Planning (year 1)
• Transportation Sourcing (year 1)
• Logistics Technology (year 1)
• Logistics Engineering (year 1)
• Inventory Planning (year 1)
• Front-line Distribution or Fleet Supervisor (year 2)
• Project Analyst (year 2)
Relocation to an Andersen Logistics center across the country is required as part of the program. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are prepared for and placed into one of a variety of roles in logistics - participants partner with logistics leadership to determine the right placement (both geographic and role content).
Qualifications
• B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or another related field
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Leadership/involvement on campus or in the community and a proven track record of accomplishments
• Interest in growing into broader leadership roles after the program is complete
• Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate . Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance .
