We are actively looking for students who meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience pre-MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Sales with major multinational companies
- MBA in Finance, Marketing or Management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive self, lead others and provide guidance to senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans.
- People leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated results oriented and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (Japanese) and the ability to interact with multiple levels of management, across functional and business areas, and external customers
- Must be a Japanese Citizen open to relocating back to Japan
