Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include:

• Scanning incoming packages, sorting mail, and assisting with daily delivery routes.
• Process outgoing mail and packages by operating mailing machines and shipping software.

Other duties may include:

• Assist with print jobs, including folding, inserting, and operating printing equipment.
• Assist at University functions and events (i.e. Preview Days, Move-In, Tabling, etc.).
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, preparing mailings, making on-campus deliveries walking or in State Vehicle, posting flyers, or assisting technical staff.

Expected Salary:

$13.00 Hourly

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to commit to working through at least the end of December 2024.
• Valid Driver License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, bend, crawl, climb, etc. as needed to stock inventory and reach equipment.

• Reliable, responsible, professional in appearance and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to organize and prioritize with a high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data entry, typing skills, Microsoft Office products with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• The ability to work independently, identifying resources and make independent decisions.
• Flexible hours for availability.
