Under the supervision of the North Central Region's Administrative Officer (AOIII), the incumbent will assist with general facility maintenance duties, maintain the facility and grounds, operate a forklift, and assist professional, semi-professional and clerical staff in a variety of tasks.

This position requires the possession of a valid commercial Class C Driver's License and a safe driving record as documented by the Department of Motor Vehicles within 60 days prior to appointment.

The Maintenance Aide classification is a non-testing classification.

Working Conditions
The reporting location is the North Central Regional Headquarters Office, located at 1701 Nimbus Road, Rancho Cordova.

Perform unskilled manual labor in cleaning up and maintaining State property and other related work.

Work will be performed in a warehouse setting and various outdoor and indoor settings.
