Position Summary:

Level Two: Building upon level one, level two maintenance persons perform basic PM on CNC such as fans, and filters, and silicone lathes, minor repairs on, manual machines, mills, lathes, grinders, small ovens, sealers, etc. Basic understanding of carpentry; good communication skills a must in reading, writing and verbalizing, calipers and basic shop math. Typically 3-6 years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Able to work with limited supervision to accomplish needed tasks
  • Able to create and fabricate non-loaded objects and parts as needed
  • Moves non production components and objects around the facility as needed
  • Performs intermediate maintenance duties including but not limited to: Changing fluids, changing belts, and greasing/lubricating surfaces, replacing simple components on equipment, replacing seals and fittings
  • Keeps general housekeeping around work place in good order
  • Performs general upkeep on facility

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
  • Frequently work near heavy machinery or equipment

Required Experience:
  • 3+ year minimum experience in aerospace/automotive machining or related manufacturing environment.
Level of Education:
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required.

For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
