What You Will Learn:

As the Broker Business Development Sales Lead, you will lead collaboration across the LCPD Internal Teams, LCPD Sales Managers and MPG Broker Teams. It is a multifunctional role within the sales organization, heavily focused on the ability to manage complexity, communicate effectively, maintain organization, troubleshoot problems and attention to detail. You will enrich team dynamics as a team player and develop across multiple functions within the organization including brand activation, digital excellence and account management.

  • Broker Liaison Lead
    • Communication Lead - Manage + consolidate flow of communication/sharing of L'Oreal files across Broker Sales Managers + MPG Broker Team
      • Manage Teams Channels (Internal + MPG) - specs, pricing, GTIN changes, GTM decks, new items, policy updates, terms, media grids, promo, SDS forms
    • Manage Internal Rollup Requests (POD tracking, comps, samples, excess display, C14, holiday, ad hoc requests)
    • IT Access Gatekeeper - manage MPG IT access via sharepoint, salsify, etc)
    • Champion monthly BAL calls across LCPD x MPG
  • Ecomm/Digital Champion
    • Train/onboard new team members, create channels, new account setup
    • Identify Ecomm initiatives, execute through MPG (Food COT Back to Basics - content cleanup, PDP improvement, item upload, maintenance
    • Provide MPG the resources to manage ecomm platforms within Food COT (Salsify,Gladson, Syndigo, Brand Bank, InstaCart, Albertson's, Publix, HyVee and Wegmans)
    • Assist broker sales managers in digital marketing programs
  • Account Management
    • Account management support across strategic initiatives, alternate channels, D2C


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years experience with CPG industry, Beauty Expertise
  • A highly motivated individual that possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in the presence of ambiguity.
  • Ensure timeliness, attention to detail, and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
