LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES: Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Duties include: Responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognizing trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality; leading a team in developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use; partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization; manage teams developing scalable BI solutions supporting self-service BI tools, closely work with cross-functional teams, competency leads, technical and business stakeholders, understand and analyze requirements, support project planning, performance monitoring and solution deployment functions; perform POC's (proof of concept) as part of the software development life cycle and ensure its alignment with the business plan and goals; develop complex BI solutions using the emerging AI technologies (openAI, chatGPT, BARD and others) and leverage the existing tools and technologies in the supporting line of business; define and develop the productivity KPI's of contact center chat bots and define their success metrics; develop and support visualization on the service desk agent's performance, analyze key driving factors and suggest ways of contact reduction backed by data and analytics; articulate business requirements into technical information, use cases, and systems interaction diagrams, including user stories and detail specifications; and provide end user support, production system support, analyzing defects, troubleshooting issues and handling incident, problem and change management. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business, Engineering or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation. Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following:

• performing data analysis, process documentation, and process improvement;
• PowerBI or Tableau;
• Managing and leading teams;
• utilizing a SQL Server environment, PostgreSQL, or Oracle;
• gathering and evaluating user requirements;
• project management;
• development in AI and Analytics;
• process analysis/improvement and creating dashboards/visualizations;
• data profiling, data migration, transformation, integration, data import, and data export;
• ThoughtSpot or Looker; and
• Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

RATE OF PAY: $150,093 - $163,977 / per year
