The Manager-IT Application Services- MyChart, Care Everywhere, and EpicCare Link provides service support to the user community on technology products and systems. The scope of the job includes analyzing user needs, identifying technology issues within the user community, implementing new or upgraded products or services and managing a staff of Programmers, Analysts and Customer Service Representatives.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Preferred: At least one (1) active Epic certification

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $166,670.40 to $221,010.40

- Assists the Director of Application Services with the preparation of the annual IT operating and capital budgets.
- Collaborate and communicate with the user community and IT staff and identify priority request/issues with organizational impact.
- Deploys strategies and seeks out opportunities to improve customer service, reduce costs related to work processes and enhance vendor and consulting relationships.
- Manages and coordinates application issues with primary application vendors, such as Meditech.
- Manages and oversees the planning, designing, implementing and documenting of all system upgrades to existing applications or application issues. Oversees development and implementation of roll-out plans to include coordination of all impacted departments/areas and training of users.
- Manages the activities of outside consultants contracted for implementation support, report writing or application development.
- Manages the development and implementation of all systems to ensure execution of strategies and goals.
- Manages and directs the resources and activities of the staff including setting priorities and managing assignments.
- Provides recommendations, information and guidance to management on new applications and/or enhancements to improve productivity.
