GENERAL PURPOSE:
This influential role will serve as an internal business consultant in the support of cross-functional capabilities and services for the Store Operations function. This role will work with management to lead efforts to prioritize process improvement initiatives, manage cross functional alignment, and implement improvements. This role will serve as a PMO for a variety of process improvement initiatives and provide reporting and analytics utilizing Service Channel and Power BI.
The base salary range for this role is $90,300 - $136,350. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manages and implements Process Improvement and Reporting Analytics.
Expectations include:
o Detailed project plans and the associated project updates/ communications
o Critical thinking to solve complex project challenges in a way that meets the needs of the business
o Completing projects on time and in a way that achieves the desired business outcomes
o Creates materials to support steering meetings, adoption plans, and measurement of objectives
• Provides reporting and analytics support to business partners through the use of Service Channel and Power BI. Standardize reporting for the BMR team to ensure the team has consistent and on time information to manage the business.
• Manages Process Improvement change to current operations through project communications, develops training, creates procedures, guides, forms and reports to drive strong process execution in BMR Team.
• Interfaces with all levels of management as needed and is responsible for building consensus around changes and rollout plans. Works with Field Management to ensure store/Field Leader execution is driven through operational initiatives. Collaborates with key HQ partners.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 + years of retail management experience that includes project management and business process ownership in Store Operations, multi-unit or a hybrid of field and corporate experience preferred
• Proficient knowledge of store operations and how other operating areas impact stores
• Strong leadership with particular success leading and/or working with integrated, multi-functional teams
• Ability to think through new challenges strategically and independently problem solve to address key business and project related obstacles and opportunities
• Possess executive presence and able to influence without authority
• Ability to storyboard, develop concise executive level communication, and facilitate meetings that effectively drives decisions or alignment
• Proven ability to think strategically and determine impact of decisions on the business
• Outstanding work ethic; displays a high sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Willingness and flexibility to jump into the details to get the job done
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Advance proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
This role requires regular in-office presence, including attending in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
