About the Role

As Manager Software Engineering, you will lead a team to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions. You'll provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution. Your role is crucial in driving innovation and maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring high level of quality of deliverables produced by team
  • Partnering and leading large offshore resources in solving complex business needs
  • Performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed
  • Recommending technical strategy and direction across functional area
  • Seeking diverse ideas and perspectives to create better solutions, products, and services
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Ensuring all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs outstandingly
  • Carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws


Requirements
  • Have experience with cloud technologies and providers like AWS or Azure
  • Demonstrate proficiency in database technology, design, and manipulation
  • Possess knowledge and experience in project planning and management tools
  • Have the proven ability to lead test-driven development and maintenance
  • Possess knowledge of industry technology language development trends
  • Experience applying industry best practices in all aspects of development
  • Experience in partnering and leading internal and external technology resources
  • Experience developing using languages such as C#
