Sitting within the Operations Department, Venue Management along with Dressing and Signage, Fan Operations, Team Services and Competition Management aims to deliver the most engaging, innovative, and accessible World Cup experience for all players, fans, partners, and the community.

Reporting to the Venue Operations Director, the Venue Management Training and Administration Manager will help serve Venue Management efforts for the FIFA World Cup 2026 that for the first time ever, is hosting 48 teams and 1,200+ players across 3 countries and 16 venues. Also Training and Administration Manager will be a vital part of Mundial de Clubes FIFA 2025, the new tournament will be played for the first time in 2025, when 32 of the globe's leading teams gather in the USA for the inaugural edition.

THE POSITION
This role will be responsible to provide full support for the successful implementation of Venue Management project, as well as other projects for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and Mundial de Clubes FIFA 2025. The Training and Administration Manager will play a crucial role in supporting project teams and ensuring the smooth communication within Venue Management department as well as integration with other departments. He/she will also provide operational and administrative support in planning venue visits, trainings and workshops.

The main responsibilities of the Training and Administration Manager for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and Mundial de Clubes FIFA 2025 include:

  • Administrative tasks of the Venue Management department.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for project teams.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient documentation flow within the Venue Management Department.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Maintain effective information and file exchange flow, archiving important documents as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for the Venue Management team and conduct necessary training and readiness exercises.
  • Organize workshops, including logistics such as travel, accommodation and other related items.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and files with accuracy and confidentiality. Provide support to Venue Operations Directors.
  • Contribute to overall project management and knowledge management initiatives, including event debriefs and documentation activities.
  • Serve as a central support role at Tournament Headquarters during the event.


YOUR PROFILE
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Team Player, willing to work to tight timelines.
  • Solution oriented.
  • Positive attitude, patience and persistence.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle large workload efficiently at peak times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stress.
  • International, cross-cultural work experiences preferred. Experience or knowledge of local culture will be an added benefit.

Work Experience
  • Knowledge of event planning and event management.
  • Operational experience in sports events.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project management and/or administrative support roles.
