Capgemini is hiring a Data Analytics Portfolio Lead. Some of the requirements as follow:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a portfolio of telecommunication clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve client relationships and achieve business objectives
• Manage a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure effective client management and project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to align strategies and deliver flawless client experiences.
• Supervise and handle the financial aspects of client projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee service excellence and client retention.
• Address client concerns promptly, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain client happiness.

Required Skills:

• The candidate should have at least 15 years of Data and Analytics projects implementation experience \
• Delivery and leadership experience
• Client facing experience
