A global biotechnology client in the Greater Boston area is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to play a key role within the Cell Manufacturing team. You will be responsible for supporting the clinical product manufacturing for all operations related to the development of a cell therapy drug. On a day to day, you will be conducting media prep, and facilitating the technology transfer and final process development in a cGMP clean room environment.

Shifts -- 4x10 -- Must be comfortable with OT potential.

* Sunday-Wednesday (10 hours)

o Shifts: 1st (morning) 7:00-5:00pm

o Shifts: 2nd (Evening) - 12:30 - 11:30pm

* Wednesday-Saturday (10 hours)

o Shifts: 1st (morning) 7:00-5:00pm

o Shifts: 2nd (Evening) - 12:30 - 11:30pm

Pay Range: $32- $40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of working experience within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment

* SOP documentation and deviation reporting

* Experience with cell cultures

* Experience in a GMP environment

* Understanding and ability to demonstrate aseptic technique

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field

* Experience with quality systems
