Aquent is seeking a a Merchandising Operations Specialist on the Catalog Systems team. Catalog Systems sits within the larger Retail Operations team, which is responsible for creating the systems, services, and process infrastructure for all our clients businesses. The team's mission is to be the backbone for our clients Business/Category teams, helping win long-term customer trust, business growth, and profitability.

Must reside in one of these cities Plantation, Boston, Seattle,or Minneapolis / hybrid/onsite role (min. 2x per week)

In this role, you will resolve requests to update customer-facing website content inclusive of product page details such as item names, attributes, specifications, and more. While implementing changes, you'll also identify and eliminate potential defects, communicate effectively with Vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, driven and demonstrates a high degree of ownership in all they do. The ideal candidate strives to exceed expectations and is confident juggling numerous priorities while meeting deadlines.

What You'll Need:

• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite products
• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar
• 1+ years of work experience in a similar setting

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19-22 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
