Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of projects that involve manufacturing engineering practices. They will be responsible for driving improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes, systems integration, and software applications. This role involves approving supporting processes and documentation, providing consultation and training on procedures, developing advanced manufacturing technology, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and process requirements. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices

- Drive improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes, systems integration, and software applications

- Approve supporting processes and related documentation

- Provide consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production

- Develop advanced manufacturing technology and guide its implementation into production

- Lead technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production, and process requirements

- Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements

- Work under minimal direction

This is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position $72.33/hour -$78.39/hour
