Our client, a financial services company in NYC, is looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in driving client engagement and sales success. This is a 6-month maternity leave coverage that requires 4-days/week onsite in Midtown Manhattan and 1-day/week working remotely. This role will help lead and execute multichannel marketing strategies tailored to their Sales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in email, events, social media, search, and more to create and implement comprehensive marketing programs. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the sales organization will be essential in developing strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with their clients. A background in B2B marketing highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and drive client engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to identify marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Design and implement marketing programs across various channels, including email, events, social media, search, and more.
  • Create compelling content and messaging tailored to target audiences and client personas.
  • Analyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners across the sales organization to ensure alignment and support for marketing programs.
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of client-facing events and webinars.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in developing and executing client-facing marketing strategies for a Sales team.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing, including email, events, social media, search, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with sales teams and key stakeholders.
  • Background in B2B marketing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
