Amazon Ads enables businesses all sizes to showcase their products and their brand to customers shopping on and off Amazon across the world. A fast-growing, innovative, and strategically important function of the wider business, Amazon Ads continues to evolve through new products and advertising capabilities. To this end, we have developed self-service advertising products that integrate advertising into the shopping experience from discovery to purchase. We are dedicated to delivering solutions that delight shoppers while enabling businesses to not only sell their products on Amazon, but help our customer's grow awareness of their brand, inspire discovery, and increase brand loyalty.

A strategically important part of our charter is to help SMB brand owners establish their brands, reach new audiences, and build for long term growth through our suite of self-service advertising products (Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Stores, Posts, and Sponsored TV). Our team is tasked with building marketing programs that increase awareness of our ad solutions while solving for key customer pain points that accelerate product adoption and ensure advertiser success across products. Helping brands up-level their presence on Amazon means we help their overall business performance, create a better shopping experience for customers, and establish Amazon as a destination for businesses looking to build their brand.

Specifically, we are looking for a high performing Marketing Manager who will own the development and execution of 1) our SMB cross-channel marketing strategy to grow awareness and adoption of our new generative AI creative building tools, and 2) our scaled education experience that SMB brand owners will discover when browsing for help on and off of Amazon. In this role, your marketing programs and campaigns will help SMB brand owners overcome key barriers to entry (such as access to high quality creative), and ensure they have access to easily discoverable educational content that builds best practices and advertiser success across our solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You will bring your proven creative, analytical and project management capabilities to imagine, plan, implement and optimize compelling campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be excited to test and learn in a data driven environment, enthusiastic about handling large data sets and using customer data and insights to deliver impact across multiple marketing channels. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. If you are data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating customized experiences through marketing automation, with an interest to own your marketing strategy end to end, this is a great role for you.
