Our client, a large media and entertainment company in NYC, is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 4-month hybrid contract to lead and execute ad sales projects, sweepstakes, and campaigns across both digital and linear platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual with the ability to gather requirements, create timelines, and manage post-sale execution for large-scale customer integrations and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various digital platforms, including web, video, mobile, and social media. The Marketing Manager will work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. A strong background in client or account management, project management, and production, particularly with video, is essential for success in this role. This is a hybrid 4-month contract and requires 2-3 days/week onsite in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of ad sales projects, sweepstakes, and digital/linear content integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are clear.
  • Develop comprehensive timelines and manage post-sale execution to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead large-scale customer integration projects and advertising campaigns across various platforms, including web, mobile, video, and social media.
  • Oversee content creation, video production, and digital assets to support campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering results that align with marketing goals.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with client objectives and sales goals.
  • Coordinate sweepstakes and promotional campaigns to maximize customer engagement and reach.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on ad sales and customer integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, including web, video, mobile, and social media.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns across digital and linear properties.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to develop timelines and manage execution.
  • Background in client or account management, with a strong focus on delivering client results.
  • Experience with video production or digital content creation is required.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams to drive project success.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
