The Marketing Support Supervisor is responsible for supervising and assigning work to the Sales Representatives in the department, including training, staffing, mentoring, and counseling. A portion of the time may be spent performing tasks similar to those performed by sales representatives. The In House Marketing Supervisor supervises in the field to empower team members and provide on-the-job training. As the Supervisor achieving/exceeding departmental monthly budgets for tours, VPG and volume is a main priority.

Schedule Details:

Our Marketing Supervisor will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate/GED
  • A minimum one (1) year of experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership field required
  • A minimum six (6) months of supervisory experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership field required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN)
