Summary & Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Expert in Solid works 3D modeling & FMEA, PPAP processing
  • Sophisticated tool design and troubleshooting experience in metal forming business with various tool materials and manufacturing processes
  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic presses, hydro forming, spinning, EDM, CNC machining, metrology
  • Interface with vendors and manufacturing personnel to ensure performance of design
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, creativity; enjoy managing design projects through to completion
