Starting Pay: 18.00/hour

Job Summary

The IDR - Smartsheet Representative is responsible for data entry and clerical services ensuring effective and efficient operations though a positive working attitude with a pleasant, polite, professional, and customer service orientated disposition.

Essential Functions/Duties

• Accesses mail through SharePoint (document sharing)

• Smartsheet data entry, maintenance, and mining

• Examines and researches patient records to gather all necessary information

• Develops and maintains a positive rapport with all contacts

• Supports process improvements to assure quality and timely documentation

• Follows billing process, makes necessary contacts to assure maximum reimbursement

• Works closely with all billing and support service groups

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Must be willing to work in an outbound-call-center environment

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must be able to communicate professionally both written and verbally

• Must have basic computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer (File Saving and Sharing)

• Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in required job skills and knowledge

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of experience in Healthcare/Revenue Cycle billing environment/ Outbound call center

• Healthcare/Revenue Cycle billing experience

• High School diploma or equivalent

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Skills

• Ability to calculate numbers, correct entries, and post to records

• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information

• Ability to prepare routine administrative work

• Records maintenance skills.
