Job Title: Member Service Representative

Location: San Diego, CA 92123 (On-Site) - This can be hybrid in the future, but not until after training is completed.

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $25.39/hr on w2

Job Description:

Qualifications:
  • Dedicated Contact Center Representative with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Technically proficiency is required in all computer areas such as Outlook, Internet, Excel, Windows Explorer, phone systems, and contact management software.
  • Spanish-speaking and dental office experience preferred.
  • Must be able to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from and to plan members or plan providers applying advanced skills and procedures to provide a high level of value and service including taking enrollments, cancellations, and complaints, and answering all questions.
  • All calls must be recorded as instructed.

Intake Questionnaire:
  • Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like:
  • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to members, potential members, and providers taking enrollments, and cancellations, and handling questions and concerns.
  • What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? They must be comfortable with all Microsoft Office products, the internet, as well as PC operating systems.

What skills are you looking for in the ideal candidate:
  • Preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills (clear, concise, friendly, doesn't ruffle easily)
  • Strong writing skills as all activity is documented
  • Strong comfort level with technology and the position use many types of products and they are changing all the time. Must be able to navigate a PC operating system with ease.
  • Dependable can be depended upon to show up on time and follow instructions.
  • Spanish Speaking
